Tim has worked in the design industry for nearly 20 years. As a User Experience professional he focuses on product design and UX strategy and is passionate about the positive impacts design can make at all levels of business. Tim was also a college instructor for ten years. He taught design and interactive media classes ranging from user-centered design to typography to project management and was faculty advisor to several student organizations. Tim continues to be involved with local schools by consulting on curriculum development, guest lecturing and mentoring. A proponent of lifelong learning, he can often be found frantically taking notes at design conferences and professional organizations.
Mark Hutchison, Product Manager, One10
Mark Hutchison has worked in the performance improvement industry for more than 15 years and understands many aspects of the B2B and B2C loyalty business. With proven experience in the incentives and recognition space specifically, Mark has held roles in Product Management, Account Management, Project Management, Client Services, and organizational supervision providing him with the keen understanding of cross-functional stakeholders. In his current role with One10, Mark is focused on driving the product roadmap, sales support of the product and global growth of One10’s proprietary platform, PerformX. He acts as the product owner day-to-day and works in close collaboration with IT.
