A tech industry titan wanted to implement their first-ever Global Rewards & Recognition Program for their Field Operations Sales, Marketing & Services group. Our client wanted a program to help retain their top 5% sales force talent.

The Solution

A very “inclusive” company, our client saw the importance of awarding other roles such as HR and Admins. The “Gold Club” reward and recognition program includes three separate program operations in the EMEA, Americas and Asia regions. One10 is responsible for every aspect of the programs including hotel & venue sourcing, registration & air travel, planning activities, meals, events, décor, production and hotel stays while incorporating all the cultural nuances of the destination location.

The Results

For more than a decade, we have been managing the hotel & venue sourcing, registration & air travel, activities, meals, events, décor, production and hotel stays for each 5 day program, while incorporating the nuances of the destination. There are over 2,000 participants total in the combined three programs.
