At One10, performance isn’t just about numbers. It’s about people. As Divisional Vice President of Client Services, Christina Corey brings decades of experience, strategic insight, and an unwavering belief in the power of purpose to her leadership role. Christina shares her perspective on evolving employee expectations, the importance of data, and how One10 is helping organizations create meaningful connections through incentives, recognition, and marketing services.
Q: What excites you most about being as Sales Leader at One10?
A: What excites me most is that every service we offer, whether it’s incentives, recognition, or marketing, is deeply connected to my personal belief that organizations thrive when they prioritize their people.
Incentive programs drive performance by aligning behaviors with business goals. Recognition solutions help create cultures where appreciation is seen, felt, and celebrated. Marketing ensures the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. While I primarily focus on our Incentives & Recognition and Marketing Services solutions, I also love how our Travel & Events experiences inspire, reward, and connect people in unforgettable ways.
At One10, we’re doing more than running programs. We’re helping clients build high-performing, purpose-driven teams. That’s the impact I’m passionate about.
Q: How are employee expectations evolving, especially around rewards and recognition?
A: We’re seeing a major shift. Employees today, especially in a multigenerational workplace, want programs that feel authentic and reflect the values of the organization. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution anymore. People want choice. That includes how they’re rewarded, how they’re recognized, and how they connect with their company’s mission.
The great thing is, employees are telling us what they value. It’s up to us, and our clients, to listen, analyze the data, and deliver experiences that matter. We have to think beyond points or prizes. Now, it’s about moments that feel personal and meaningful.
Q: How important is data and personalization in modern incentive and recognition programs?
A: It’s absolutely essential. Data is the foundation of any meaningful engagement strategy. Without it, you’re just guessing. With it, we can identify trends, predict behavior, and customize programs to resonate on an individual level.
Personalization is what turns an incentive program from “good” to “game-changing.” It shows employees that the company sees them, understands what drives them, and is willing to invest in their growth and success. That’s how loyalty is built, and how results are achieved.
Q: You have over two decades of marketing experience. How does One10’s approach to marketing services support performance?
A: Strategy is everything. At One10, our marketing services are grounded in strategic intent. That means every email, every campaign, every piece of content is designed to do something like drive awareness, spark participation, and ultimately improve performance.
What makes us different is that we don’t just create deliverables. We create solutions. We understand the client’s goals, and we build the right tools to help them achieve them.
Q: What trends do you see shaping the future of Performance Solutions and how is One10 preparing to lead?
A: One of the most exciting developments is our acquisition of Whistle. By integrating Whistle’s scalable, data-driven tools, we’re expanding our ability to help clients respond to the evolving needs of today’s workforce.
People want recognition in real time. They want choice. They want to feel connected. Whistle helps us deliver on that by offering more agile, personalized solutions. It’s a huge step forward in our ability to serve both existing clients and new opportunities.
Q: What advice would you give to someone exploring a career in this industry or at One10?
A: Find your purpose. What motivates you? What brings you joy? When you understand that, everything else falls into place.
At One10, we often talk about “task to talent.” That means putting people in roles where they can truly shine. If you’re passionate about performance, creating value, and making an impact, this is the place for you. We’re building something that matters.
