Money talks, but memories sing, and our client wanted a choir (metaphorically-speaking): they wanted to create an incentive program for their salesforce which was memorable, unexpected, and would drive the salesforce to want to be included in next years top 20.
One10 leveraged our deep and longstanding connections in the travel, hospitality, and entertainment industries to create a one of a kind experience: the Elite Event. One10 handled all the planning and logistics management. Without forewarning, the top 20 performers were invited onto the stage at a General Session. The CEO then appeared with 20 duffel bags and 20 Stetson cowboy hats– one for each of the Elite salespeople. They were then whisked to the airport for a private flight to Nashville, chartered by One10, where winners were greeted by our team at the historic Hermitage Hotel. And, because we believe in better, they were then chauffeured to country music star John Rich’s home for a private concert with Mr. Rich and Martina McBride. After the show, the 20 Elite salespeople spent time with John Rich and Martina McBride, had a delicious private dinner, and enjoyed dessert and cocktails while taking in the Nashville skyline.
The Elite Event was an “over-the-top” experience for every guest, reinforcing the benefit of being in the top 20 sales performers within our organization. From Client’s head of sales: “Thanks for everything. A+”
